TERMS OF USE
Usage of Non-Commissioned, Public Pieces
A "public piece" is described as artwork that has been posted WITHOUT a "Do Not Use" watermark. These pieces may contain a regular watermark.
Publicly posted art may be used for icons or headers WITH PROPER CREDIT. Credit must be listed in a publicly accessible space, such as a profile, bio description, etc. Credit is attributed as "(pfp, banner, etc) by ReactorCoreArt". It is optional, but appreciated, to include a link to this website.
You will NOT claim false ownership. False ownership is usage of the art without crediting, claiming ownership over the image or creation of the image, or otherwise falsely accrediting the image's origins. Please give proper credit and do not lead others to believe that you have created the art, rather than the original artist.
Do not use public artwork for hate speech or bigotry. This would be described as the art heing edited or used to spread hate against people of color, LGBTQ+ people or communities, religious minorities, or vulnerable groups.
Editing of the image is allowed within reasonable limits. Allowed edits include cropping for icons or banners, mild filters, adding text, etc. Disallowed edits include heavy filters that obscure the original artwork, changing colors or adding elements meant to make fun of or create hate speech of a vulnerable group. Usage or edits of public images MUST be credited in some fashion.
For other instances or questions, please submit an inquiry and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Usage of Commissioned or Non-Public Pieces
A "non-public piece" is described as artwork that includes a "DO NOT USE" watermark on the image. Regardless of its status as viewable on a public website or not, if the image includes DO NOT USE, the general public is NOT permitted to use these images.
Commissioned pieces may be freely used by the party who commissioned the artwork, and those that the client grants permission to. Commissioned pieces may not be used by ANYONE who is not designated by the artist or client. Unauthorized use of non-public or commissioned pieces may be met with appropriate action, including cease & desist orders, or legal action if required.
If you have questions about the permissions of a particular piece, please contact me. I will happily answer any questions about this.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
